1. Choose a Race

Every character belongs to a race. Not all races are available, please consult the DM.

2. Choose a Class

Typically, a character starts at 1st level. Your character for Anthem start at 3rd level with 900 XP.

3. Determine Ability Scores

You generate your character’s six ability scores randomly. Roll four 6-sided dice and records the total of the highest three dice (i.e. 4d6 drop the lowest), do this six times. The group will use the same set of rolls, as determined by consensus or vote.

5. Choose Equipment

Instead of taking the gear given to you by your class and background, you can purchase your starting equipment. You have 500 gp to spend. (Purchasing potions of healing is allowed.)
